The student-athletes will put into practice their abilities through a balance of classroom work and competitions.  Athletics is seen as an extension to the overall experience at Bay Path University.  Athletics are seen as an opportunity for women to expand their potential by developing goals, physical fitness and self-confidence in their lives.  All women who participate on the athletic teams will be seen as positive role models, displaying sportsmanship, ethics and fair play on behalf of the University.
