Bay Path Picked 4th in Pre-season NECC Field Hockey Poll

ATTLEBORO, Mass. - Regis College was chosen as the pre-season favorites in the 2014 New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) Field Hockey Coaches Poll, announced Tuesday evening. The Pride received six first place votes for 36 total points.

The Pride return in 2014 with a plethora of experience and upperclassmen under Head Coach Nikki Panciocco. Forward Becka Sarson, who returns for her senior season, highlights 14 returners including six starters.

Elms College was tabbed second with 24 total points while Becker College finished third with 15 points. Wheelock College and Bay Path University finished tied for fourth with 14 points.
