Hook Earns First 2010 NECC Rookie of the Week Honors

ROOKIE OF THE WEEK — Bay Path College freshman guard Justine Hook (Berwick, Penn.) led Bay Path in day two of the 2010 Cedar Crest Tip-Off Tournament against host Cedar Crest with her first collegiate double-double with 11 points and 12 rebounds. Bay Path went 0-3 on the week falling to Albertus Magnus (72-31), Penn State Wilkes-Barre (61-48) and Cedar Crest (77-32). Despite the tough losses, Hook managed to top Bay Path in both points (10.0 points per game) and rebounding (8.0 rebounds per game). For the week, she shot 27% from the field (8-for-30), 22% from behind the arc (4-for-18) and 72% from the charity stripe (10-for-14).
