I am going to do everything in my power to ensure our student athletes have a great experience being a part of this team so they can grow as players and as people and build strong relationships with their teammates."

On the court, we are going to set a tone of playing with intensity and making smart decisions by playing together and studying the game.  Our practices will be full of game like situations training players to execute solid decision making while challenged and fatigued.  Student-Athletes on this team will improve over their time in the program - we will put in the time to define weaknesses and strengths and work with those to help players reach athletic potential they didn't know they have.  I can't wait to get on the court with this years team and start rebuilding this program.

Go Coach Niemann!!  GO Wildcats!!
