After the game Head Coach Bruce Robertson, commented, " This was a good day for us at home. We continue to hit the ball well. Game one we started hot at the plate. Game 2 we started a little slow. Not sure if it was the cold wind and weather but we got going and ended strong. Game 2 was nice to see the players dig deep and work hard for the win. Our pitchers pitched great Avery Herrirck had another great day in the circle with 12 strike outs and Makayla Gross pitched well also. We gave her a fews days off as she has been battling and arm injury. It was also good to get Haley Fernald back in the circle. Haley has sacrificed her pitching time this spring to concentrate on third base for us. Olivia Gallan who is just fun to watch with 10 more stolen bases. Im excited to see how many she ends up with this season!"

Next up The Mustangs they travel to CCRI on Sunday April 3 with 1pm and 3pm game times.
