Bay Path Falls in Regional Softball Action

LONGMEADOW, Mass.- The Wildcats unfortunately found themselves on the wrong side of the April Fool’s Day joke falling 5-1 in the opener and 12-3 in the nightcap to the Trailblazers of MCLA in NCAA Division III regional softball action. Bay Path hosted the Trailblazers after MCLA could not host their home contests due to winter conditions on their field.
Nicole Dexter Chosen NECC Softball Player of the Week

Senior outfielder Nicole Dexter led her team this weekend to a split with the Daniel Webster Eagles taking the first game 5-1 and falling 7-5 in he nightcap despite a home run by Dexter.
Dougherty and Meyer Named NECC Player and Rookie of the Week

Keelin Dougherty and Anna Meyer were named NECC Player and Rookie of the Week, respectively.
