Wildcats Conclude Season with Tough Loss to Bard

ANNANDALE-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. – The 2011 Bay Path College soccer season ended in
the snow at Bard College on Saturday with an 11-0 loss.

Bard (4-13) scored eight goals in the first half, including two by junior Cosie Andujar (San
Clemente, Calif.) that came 29 seconds apart.

Freshman Megan Snyder (York, Penn.) finished with a hat trick, Andujar and freshman
Alana Shaw (San Francisco, Calif.) had two each, and single goals were scored by Maddy
Huggins (Mukilteo, Wash.), Briana Bean (Kaneohe, H.I.), Kim Larie (Londonderry, N.H.) and Liz
Freud (Dover, Del.).

For Bay Path freshman, Marina Rhodes (Providence, R.I.) made seven saves, and Jennifer Finn
(Malden, Mass.) made two. The Wildcats conclude their 2011 campaign with a  3-14 overall record.

Baypath midfielder Keelin Dougherty (Northfield, N.H.) concluded her sophomore campaign leading the Wildcats with 20 points including eight goals and four assists. Close behind was freshman forward Nicole Crossman (Winsted, Conn.) with 15 points- six goals and three assists.

Rhodes finished with 78 saves (.678 save percentage) for her eight games in goal.

Seniors' Bridgette Flores (Somerville, Mass.) and Dajara Wright (Chicopee, Mass.) concluded their collegiate career. Flores finished with over 2,500 minutes played, playing in 53 matches with 49 starting nods. She notched her first and only goal as a defender this season and finishes with one goal and one assist for three points having only taken four shots in her career. Wright played around 3,500 minutes with 57 matches played and 46 starting nods. Wright held many positions thru her four years and finished with 15 shots on goal mainly as a defender.
