LONGMEADOW, Mass.- The Wildcats of Bay Path University hosted the Blue Jays of the University of St. Joseph in regional women’s tennis action, falling 9-0 this afternoon. The tandem of seniors Brittany Walsh (North Smithfield, R.I.) and Taylor Wood (Castleton, N.Y.) despite a strong effort at the #1 spot fell 8-6 to freshman Lucy Roberge (Willington, Conn. ) and junior Rebecca Mauri (Meriden, Conn.).

LONGMEADOW, Mass. - #2 Bay Path College defeated #3 Lesley University today in New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) women's tennis semi-final action. The Wildcats won 5-4 over the Lynx. Bay Path will travel to the top seed Regis College Saturday to vie for the title with a 1:00 p.m. start time.

LONGMEADOW, Mass.- Bay Path College fell 6-3 to the Gators of Sage College despite taking doubles with a 2-1 advantage. Sophomore Brittany Walsh (North Smithfield, R.I.) was the only Wildcat to go undefeated on the day taking the #3 singles 6-0, 6-1 from Sage’s senior Mary Kate Hayward (Queensbury, N.Y.). Walsh also partnered with sophomore Taylor Wood (Castleton, N.Y.) in the #3 doubles winning 8-1.
