Bay Path Races in 2011 Smith College Invitational

NORTH HAMPTON, Mass.- Bay Path raced in the 2011 Smith College Invitational finishing 14^th with a team score of 454 with Wellesley College taking top honors with a team score of 29. Freshman Olivia Bis (South Windsor, Conn.) once again led the Wildcats in the 5K race with a team highest time of 28:00.29 for 146^th place out of 181 harriers tallying 87 points.

Directly behind Bis was fellow freshman Jessica Fields (Enfield, Conn.) placing 147^th with a 28:39.66 time. The next Wildcat runner to cross through the chute was sophomore Katrina Trajkovski (Wilbraham, Mass.) at 149^th following an NECC competitor from Elms College with a 29:07.05 finish.

Bay Path will be back in action Saturday, September 24^th at the Blazer Invitational for a 11:00 a.m. start.
