USCAA announces 2023 Softball All-Americans

Immediate Release:

The United States Collegiate Athletic Association (USCAA) announced its Softball All-American teams this week as voted by the coaches.  It highlights and compliments these student-athletes on an exceptional season.  

Selected as 2nd Team All-Americans were; Caroline Austin FY. (West Hartofrd, Conn.) and Taylor Suffoletto Jr. (Warwick, R.I.) Leading the team offensively this season, the two had 38 hits each. Suffoletto batted .396 on the season with a stellar 29 RBI and Austin followed with a .384 AVG and 17 RBI.

Madisyn Vera, So. (East Hartford, Conn.) earned Honorable Mention All-American honors this season! Vera batted .320 with 32 hits and 15 RBI.

The three Wildcats each had some incredible defensive plays this year, going all out with memorable diving plays, double plays, and defensive consistency on the field.

15 athletes are selected for each team. This is an amazing accomplishment!

A huge congratulations to our three Wildcats who were named USCAA All-Americans this season!
