Bay Path University was beaten 18-4 this afternoon by the University of St. Joseph in a game played at Trinity College. The USJ "BlueJays" jumped out to a 14-2 halftime lead and never looked back in the win.
The "Wildcats" were led by senior, Nicole Mitchell (Hopkinton, N.H.) with 3 goals and Kaylee Herring, (Worcester, VT) had the other goal the complete the scoring..
Bay Path goalie Nicole Gousey (East Longmeadow, Mass.) had 7 saves in the game.
Next up for the Bay Path is a game at NECC opponent, Mitchell College on Saturday, 3/29 at 1 pm.
