“This has been a great year, and Bay Path has come a long way this season,” said Babeu. “I couldn’t have done as well my senior year without my team, and I am very proud of our success.”

Babeu was unanimously selected for the 2008 ALL-NECC Women’s Tennis First Team Singles, and was joined by Bay Path junior Julia Bendzin of Poestenkill, NY, and freshman Sarah Costa of Tiverton, RI. Costa and Bendzin joined Bay Path junior Cristina Ruiz of Waterbury, CT, and junior Kara Fox of Biddeford, ME, respectively, on the ALL-NECC Women’s Tennis First Team Doubles.
