Alcantara selected to the NECC Women's Basketball Del Malloy Sportsmanship Team

Bay Path University is proud to announce that first year student-athlete Ashley Alcantara (Lowell, Mass.) was selected to the 2019-20 Del Malloy Sportsmanship Team recognized by New England Collegiate Conference Basketball Coaches.
"Ashley went from being some who had never played the game of basketball to being starter on our team putting up strong rebounding numbers and bringing a much needed cheerfulness to every interaction with her coaches and her teammates. She is by far the most improved player on our team and epitomizes every character quality we stress in our program. I am proud to have coached her and excited to watch her continued growth as a leader on our team in the future." according to Head Coach Emily Niemann.
