Wildcats are Number Five Seed in USCAA Volleyball National Championship

Longmeadow, MA-

Bay Path University was awarded with the #5 seed in the upcoming 2024 USCAA Volleyball National Championships. Championships are to be held from November 7th to November 9th, in Uniontown, PA.

The Wildcats are currently having a historic season in which they have tied their program record for wins at 13. Their regular season record is 13 wins and 5 losses, however the Wildcats still have three regular season games left before championships. Offensively, Bay Path volleyball is led by outside hitter Anastasiya Tsetsko. She is currently leading the association in kills per set at 3.98 and has received player of the week honors twice this season. Defensively, Shanayah St Phard is working magic in the back row. This season, Shanayah St Phard has 263 digs to her name, putting her as the Wildcats team leader and third in the association for digs. She has also been granted division one specialist of the week twice this season. Last season, Bay Path finished their season at the USCAA Championships in third place. This year, the Wildcats are in hopes to win it all and bring home the trophy back to Massachusetts.
