Wildcats Take the Win Over the Blazers on Senior Day

In a match between Elms and Bay Path on October 31st, 2024, Bay Path emerged victorious with a final score of 3-1. Prior to the game, Bay Path University honored their two seniors Lilly Kibbe and Victoria Burkovskiy. Both seniors provided leadership as captains and immense dedication to the team. Burkovskiy and Kibbe will be missed by the Bay Path community.
Bay Path started strong in the match, winning the first set 25-21. Elms fought back in the second set to win 25-21, but ultimately fell short in the next two sets with scores of 21-25 and 11-25.
In terms of individual performances, Tsetsko of Bay Path was a standout player with 17 kills and a hitting percentage of .209. St Phard provided Bay Path with 21 digs and Kibbe recorded 19 digs. On the Elms side, Marks and Izquierdo both contributed with 12 kills each.
Overall, Bay Path's strong performance in both their attack and serving game led them to victory over Elms. With this win, Bay Path improved their record to 14-5, now this year's Wildcats have clinched the most wins in program history.
Wildcats will be in action on Saturday November 2nd at 2:00pm versus UMass Dartmouth in Eastern Connecticut.
