On March 22, 2025, the Saint Joseph (Conn.) softball team delivered an impressive performance, securing a decisive 12-0 win against Bay Path at the USJ Softball Field in West Hartford, Conn. The game, which lasted just over an hour, showcased Saint Joseph's offensive prowess and solid pitching, leaving Bay Path struggling to keep pace.

Saint Joseph wasted no time setting the tone, with K. Ouellette's two-RBI triple in the first inning that brought home E. Carpenter and J. Zup. The second inning saw a relentless assault, as Saint Joseph added six more runs to their tally. Notable contributions included J. Antonowic's two-RBI triple and A. Silver's RBI double, which expanded their lead to 8-0. The third inning continued the scoring streak, with J. Antonowic capitalizing on a Bay Path error to advance and score, followed by an RBI from A. Roberts. By the fourth inning, J. Zup's RBI triple and E. Carpenter's RBI single sealed the victory with a 12-0 advantage.

Saint Joseph's pitcher, A. Roberts, delivered a stellar performance, pitching a complete game shutout over five innings. Allowing only five hits, no runs, and a single walk, Roberts effectively stifled Bay Path's batting lineup, ensuring a smooth path to victory.
