The Bay Path University "Wildcats" were defeated by the"Wolverines" of Wesley College today in the afternoon game at North Myrtle Beach Sports Complex 10-2.
Bay Path was lead by third baseman, Gillian Flynn, (Windsor, Conn.) who went 3-3 with an RBI in the loss. Anna Meyer, (Millbrook, N.Y,) also had a pair of hits in the game while scoring both runs for Bay Path.
First-year pitcher Sarah Paskiewicz, (Ansonia, Conn.) started and completed her 1st collegiate game allowing 4 earned runs in a very good outing.
Bay Path resumes play on Tuesday, 3/10/15 with a 9:30 game vs. Meredith University followed by an 11:30 am game against Pittsburg-Greenburg.
