The Bay Path University "Wildcats" were defeated by Medaille College in softball action on Wednesday.
Bay Path was led by Gretchen Hale, (Naugatuck, Conn.) who had 2 hits and drove in the lone run.
Junior pitcher Maria Carta, (Middletown, Conn.) started and took the loss, giving up 6 hits.
Bay Path resumes play on wednesday 3/11/15 with a 11:30 game against College of St. Elizabeth.
