Bay Path Honors Three Seniors in Final Home Pink Out Game

HOLYOKE, Mass.- Bay Path fell 66-50 in their final game of the season while honoring their three seniors along with supporting  breast cancer awareness with Pink Out day. Senior center Elizabeth Haylette (Terryville, Conn.), senior forward Ciarra Clemens (Albany, N.Y) and senior forward Mara Hamamjian (Millers Falls, Mass.) concluded the careers tonight at Holyoke Community College.  Junior forward Dallas Jackson (Springfield, Mass.) topped all players garnering a coveted triple double 22 points, 13 rebounds and 11 steals.

The Blazers were lead by senior forward JC Pickett (Chicopee, Mass.) who tallied 14 points and 7 rebounds. Sophomore guard Mackenzie LaRochelle (Chicopee, Mass.) came off the bench to score 12 points. Junior guard Emily Burr (East Hartford, Conn.) scored 11 points including two from downtown.

Junior guard Brenna Roy (Stafford Springs, Conn.) led the way in treys nailing four for the contest finishing with 14 points and three rebounds.

Elms advances to 14-11 overall and finishes 13-5 in the New England Collegiate Conference. Bay Path concludes their 2015-2016 campaign 5-20 and 2-16 in the NECC. Elms will take the #4 spot in the NECC Championships and should host the #5 Southern Vermont on Tuesday, February 23rd.

Haylette concludes her brief women's basketball career averaging 8.5 points per game, 6.9 rebounds per game and .7 blocks per game.
