Wildcats Kick off Season September 1

Bay Path University will open its 2021 women's volleyball season in a home opener against Dean College on September 1 at 8 pm at First Baptist Gym.  The "Wildcats" look to put a missed campaign behind them with a dynamic mix of returning players and new faces.  They are led by returning seniors, Lydia Clifford, (Coventry, RI) and Lisa Sikop, (Easthampton, Mass.) who along with newcomers, Lilly Kibbe, (Ware, Mass.), Zyiasia Knighton, (Springfield, Mass.), Sophia Giza, (Ludlow, Mass.) and Nevaeh Flores, (Windham, CT) look to improve on the 2019 season.  The coaching staff is also beginning its fiirst year together, Head Coach Heather Longley brings her extensive playing and coaching experience to Longmeadow, along with Assistant Coach Colleen Longley to lead the team into the new season.

Bay Path University will also be playing as a new member of the United States Collegiate Athletic Association, (USCAA) this season and looking for a berth in the associations National Championships.
