Ashleigh Szawloski to take over as Head Coach

After spending the 2013 season as the Assistant Coach for the inaugrual season of Women's Lacrosse at Bay Path College. Ashleigh Szawlowski will be stepping into the role of Head Coach. Interim Coach Nick Chapman will continue with his duties as Head Soccer Coach and Assistant Athletics Director.

Coach Szawlowski will be working hard this summer and through the year to recruit players in for the program as it conitnues to grow.

Szawlowski is a graduate of Northampton High School. She received a B.A. in Sports and Recreation Management from American International College. During her time there she played 4 years of lacrosse and finished as the #2 all-time assists and #3 all-time in points. Coach Szawlowski has coached previously at West Springfield High School, Mass Lax and Indoor Action. “The BPC Athletic Department is excited to have Coach Szawlowski involved with our lacrosse program and her passion and commitment to grow this new NCAA sport at Bay Path College” according to Steve Smith, Director of Athletics.
