LONGMEADOW, MASS.- Sophomore forward Jailinne Ruiz (Hadley, Mass.) scored at 2:03 off a rebounded shot to earn Bay Path’s first New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) victory of the season over the Nighthawks of Newbury College in women’s soccer with the start of conference play today at Ryan Field. Bay Path (3-1, 1-0) is now on a three game winning streak, while Newbury is 1-5 on the season and 0-1 in NECC play.

LONGMEADOW, MASS.- Sophomore forward Jailinne Ruiz (Hadley, Mass.) scored twice leading the Wildcats to their first victory of 2016. Bay Path defeated the City College of New York 6-2 this afternoon at Ryan Field. First year head coach Jamey Mercer picked up his first collegiate victory.
