LONGMEADOW, Mass. - Four different Wildcats score to defeat the Mariners of Mitchell College in their final home stand today while honoring the seniors today at Ryan Field in a New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) women's soccer match.  Sophomore forward Jennifer Wilson (Tolland, Conn.) tallied her first collegiate hat-trick helping launch the Wildcats to a victory. All four seniors goalkeeper/midfielder Shayenne  Gonzalez (Enfield, Conn.), midfielder Sam Drapinski (Malden, Mass.), midfielder Megan Mackie (Kaiserslautern, Germany) and forward Jai Ruiz (Hadley, Mass.) each started and contributed in today's win. Bay Path also honored the two graduating Mitchell seniors goalkeeper Drew Johndrow (Killingly, Conn.) and midfielder Jacquelyn White (Danville, Vt.).

Junior midfielder Joanna Feliciano (Springfield, Mass.) struck first on a launched shot from midfield to score in the first eight minutes. Mackie tallied her first assist of the game. Ruiz followed her teammate in a drive to the net scoring at 11:56 on the clock.

The Mariners answered four minutes later when White scored their lone goal at 16:13 on the clock off a cross from freshman defender Hannah Hicks (Monson, Mass.). This would prove to be the only goal for Mitchell.

Wilson scored her first goal at 18:37 off a breakaway cross from Ruiz. Freshman defender Alexandra Silva (Ludlow, Mass.) finished up the Wildcats scoring in the first half in the 41st minute. Feliciano had the assist. Bay Path headed in the half with 4-1 on the scoreboard.

Gonzalez took over for junior starting keeper Caitlyn Esposito (East Haven, Conn.) in the second half. Wilson and Ruiz combined for the fifth Bay Path goal at 46:32 on the clock. Ruiz would add her final goal in the 54th minute off a pass from Mackie. Mackie would again tally another assist finding Wilson's foot to score the 7th and final goal in the 56th minute of play.

Esposito and Gonzalez would face seven shots; Esposito allowed one goal and had one save for the contest. Johndrow would suffer the loss facing 13 shots, nine on goal, with two saves.
