Ruiz selected to 2nd team All-NECC Women's Soccer for 2018

Longmeadow, Mass.

Bay Path University soccer student-athlete Jai Ruiz (Hadley, Mass.) was named the NECC Women's Soccer All-Conference 2nd Team for the 2018 season. Ruiz was among the NECC Leaders finishing in the Top Five in Goals; 15 and Points; 35 to help her team to a seventh place regular season finish going 3-6 in NECC play and 7-8-1 overall.  

Ruiz also received the Del Malloy All-NECC Sportsmanship Award for the fourth consecutive year. Ruiz finished her stellar collegiate career among the top Bay Path University soccer records of all-time; games; 61, Goals; 59 and points 130.  She also was an NCAA Statistical Leader in 2017 for 1.67 Goals per game and 3.75 points per game.
