Bay Path Celebrates Senior Day Sunday Afternoon

LONGMEADOW, MA -

The Bay Path University volleyball team closed out its home schedule on Sunday afternoon against Anna Maria College. Prior to the match, Bay Path honored its
lone senior Zyiasia Knighton.


The match went in favor of the visiting squad as Anna Maria defeated Bay Path, 25-20, 25-15,
25-22.

Bay Path started out the match strong, opening the first set on a 10-3 run, but was
unable to keep up the momentum.


Anastasiya Tsetsko led Bay Path with eight kills, one of nine Wildcats to record a kill on the
afternoon. Asja Kazic added five kills. Michelle Santiago had a team-high 11 assists, while
KayLee Finch added seven. Finch also had two of the eight Bay Path service aces. Libby Kibbe
finished with a team-high three aces.


Defensively, Knighton finished with eight digs and Kibbe had four. Mckenzie Labier added a
team-best two solo blocks.


Bay Path will close out the regular season on Wednesday evening at 6 pm against Massachusetts
College of Liberal Arts (MCLA).
