Lady Falcons Soar to Win Over Wildcats

New Haven, CT - On Monday afternoon the Lady Falcons soared to an 8-0 win over visiting Bay Path College for their first victory of the young season. 

Albertus was led by a pair of goals from senior forward Samantha Gigliotti (Wilton, CT) and junior forward Krystal Quinones (Bridgeport, CT).  Senior midfielder Jenna Riccio (North Branford, CT) added a goal and two assists on the day as did freshman midfielder Amanda Roke (Cheshire, CT). 

Freshman goalkeeper Ashley Ralston (Chester, VT) made 12 saves for Bay Path as senior goalkeeper Christina Oddo (East Haven, CT)  made one save to preserve the shutout victory.  The Lady Falcons improve to 1-2, 0-0 GNAC this season while Bay Path College drops to 0-2, 0-0 NECC.  Albertus returns to action on Wednesday at 4:45 pm on Celentano Field as they host Newbury College.
