Bay Path Falls Short 63-62 in NECC Battle Against Becker

Leicester, Mass.-In her final regular season home game senior Shannon Tibbetts (Warren, Mass.) scored 27 points as the Lady Hawks defeated Bay Path College 63-62 in New England Collegiate Conference women's basketball action.

Junior Heidi Miller (Sanbornton, NH) chipped in with 15 points and ten rebounds, as the Hawks improved to 8-15 overall and 8-6 in the NECC. Bay Path was led by senior Jessica Hunt (Madison, Conn.), who kept the Wildcats in the game till the end with 27 points and ten rebounds. Christina Calabrese (Hamilton, NJ) added 12 points in the loss. Bay Path fell to 5-17 overall and 2-12 in the NECC.
